Customer Relations Clerk Job Description
A Customer Relations Clerk handles customer concerns related to the customer’s experience with the Consumer products and support.
Typical Job Duties
• May participate in product testing and process review activities
• Record conversations with customers and prepare reports summarizing the customers issue and how it was dealt with
• Gather information from customers relating to their experience with the product as well as their experience with customer support representative
• Must have good knowledge of the product
• Must have good knowledge of the consumer support process
• Find out the needs of the customer in order to help resolve their problems
• Work with technical support engineers and team leads, when necessary, to solve customer problems
