Music journalists write articles pertaining to the music industry for newspapers, magazines, journals and websites.
They report on the latest developments in the music industry and write album and gig reviews.
Music journalists may be self employed or work for a publication, and in either case their job generally involves sorting through press releases, interviewing contributors, attending press conferences and composing articles.

• Research latest developments in the music industry
