3. By establishing an investor account your personal information and profile will not be displayed on the website unless you grant permission to Academic Invest specifically to do so.

4. By choice, you may receive periodic newsletter emails from Academic Invest. The frequency of these newsletters may vary but will be no greater than once per week. You can choose not to receive these newsletters through a preference on the Website.
