Management Analyst Job Description

Maintenance analysts are responsible for analyzing business and operating procedures in order to determine the most efficient methods of performing work duties.

Typical Job Duties

• Plan and direct studies of work problems and current procedures, such as integrated production methods, inventory control and cost analysis

• Gather information on present operating procedures and problematic procedures

• Organize and document findings of studies

• Prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems

• Install new systems and train personnel in the use of applications

• Develop or update operational manuals which outline established methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy
