International advertising executives assist with the development and delivery of global advertising campaigns across all media channels.
They are involved in helping with the communication and implementation efforts surrounding new regional strategies, as well as ensuring that these strategies are executed within budgetary and timeline restrictions.
Typical Job Duties
• Gather information and requirements from local markets where asked
• Assist in the development of a global advertising strategy
• Update quarterly marketing plan in advance of each financial quarter
• Communicate business and departmental strategies to regional marketing managers
• Ensure the successful execution of approved marketing strategy
• Provide final approvals when necessary
• Identify global media opportunities and ensure all regions are made aware of them
• Communicate all issues relating to media channel constraints and lead times
