Bilingual client care representatives are responsible for responding to inquiries, concerns, comments and suggestions from internal and external clients who may speak a variety of languages.

They must be able to provide information on an organization’s goods or services in two or more specific languages.

Bilingual client care representatives are typically hired by organizations, businesses or agencies whose client base may be found in a different geographic region from their own.

Typical Job Duties

• Ensure high quality service is given to internal and external clients

• Effectively communicate with clients in specified languages by telephone, e-mail or in person

• Resolve customer complaints

• Process orders, returns, applications and requests

• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
