Talent coordinators are responsible for finding creative ways to discover new talent. They must direct auditions, organize open casting days and foster newly acquired talent on behalf of a film, television or theatre production company.

• Operate within tight deadlines

• Organize and conduct auditions

• Book studio time and schedule talent

• Report information for accounting purposes
