Typical Job Duties

• Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are thoroughly understood

• Prepare a work cost estimate for custom paint design or cosmetic repair job

• Maintain current knowledge of specialty painting techniques

• Remove rust and other debris from surfaces to be painted

• Select proper colours and surfaces for the project

• Perform quality assurance by checking for runs and sags
