Regional Development Manager Job Description

Regional development managers are responsible for developing new business opportunities within a specified region.

When representing a private organization, this also entails enhancing the level of customer care and providing personalized support and training for employees.

Regional development managers liaise closely with their Regional Director and other team members in order to identify and fulfill customer requirements in a proactive and efficient manner.

Typical Job Duties

• Report directly to the Regional Director and provide project feedback

• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets, as set by the Regional Director

• Provide feedback and training to new retail/corporate outlets or centres

• Formulate business plans for region

• Operate within strict timelines and budget
